Coast District, San Clemente

The Coast District is a master-planned community in north San Clemente. Located just east of I-5, coastal living meets suburban living with a sizeable community built amidst rolling hills and canyons. “The Coast” is one of the more well-established communities, comprised primarily of single-family homes.
